The B3 (Brasil Bolsa Balcão) runs on America/Sao_Paulo, currently UTC-3. Its regular session is 10:00–17:00 in São Paulo, 7 hours of continuous trading with no lunch break. Because the exchange keeps local time, its hours move when São Paulo changes its clocks for daylight saving, and since not every financial centre shifts on the same date, the gap between B3 and other exchanges wobbles by an hour for a few weeks each spring and autumn.
